Live in Growth

For athletes

You've done the work. Now back yourself when it counts.

Training's going well, then pressure, a mistake or an injury changes how you play. Coaching gives you practical mental skills to use in training, on game day and in life.

Who it's for

Athletes who know there's more in them.

What you'll work on

Skills, not slogans.

The tools are practical and tested in real training and game situations.

  • Breathwork

Settle your body before and during competition.

  • Visualisation

Rehearse the moments that matter before they happen.

  • Self-talk

Swap the inner critic for cues that help you play.

  • Routines

Pre-game and daily habits that build consistency.

  • Goal setting

Clear, specific goals you can actually work towards.

  • Game-day resets

A quick routine to move on from a mistake.

How it works

Your program, step by step.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

Talk through where you are, what's getting in the way and what you want.

  2. 02

    Goals and baseline

Get clear on what matters and where you're starting from.

  3. 03

    Sessions and skills

Learn practical tools: breathwork, visualisation, self-talk, routines, resets.

  4. 04

    Practice between sessions

Put skills to work in training, games, work and everyday life.

  5. 05

    Review and next steps

Look at what's changed and decide what comes next.

FAQ

Athlete questions.

Do I need to be playing at an elite level?

No. Jack works with athletes from junior and talent pathways through to senior elite competition. What matters is that you want to grow.

I'm under 18. Can I still work with Jack?

Yes. A parent or guardian is involved in the first conversation and agrees to coaching. Your sessions stay yours, and how progress is shared is agreed up front.

Will coaching get me selected?

No coach can promise selection or results. Coaching builds the mental skills and habits that help you perform more consistently, and that's what you control.

How long is a program?

Programs are tailored after your first call. Many athletes have worked with Jack across a 10-week block.
