FAQ

Good questions to ask.

Who is coaching for?

Athletes who want to perform with more confidence and consistency, the parents who support them, teams and clubs, and professionals working through career or leadership challenges.

What happens in the first call?

A relaxed conversation about where you are now, what's getting in the way and what you'd like to change. If coaching is a good fit, Jack will recommend a way of working together. There's no obligation.

Is it online or in person?

Sessions can run online, and in person where location allows. Talk through what suits you on the first call.

How long does a program run?

Programs are tailored after your first conversation. Many athletes have worked with Jack across a 10-week block, but the right length depends on your goals.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the program and format. Jack will explain the options clearly on your first call before you commit to anything.

Is this therapy or clinical support?

No. Mindset coaching builds practical mental skills and habits. It isn't a replacement for a psychologist or medical care. If clinical support would help, Jack will say so and encourage you to seek it.
